The kids and I watched "The Princess and the Frog" this evening. The prince in the movie (before he's frogified) is a uke player - quite a good one, too. He comes to New Orleans and is so excited to be in the home of jazz and plays his uke along whenever he can...though at one point he gives it away to a little kid in the crowd. Fun little movie!

Used to be a 'Crazy Ike' ukulele cartoon that ran in US newspapers in the 1930s. Found four of these online, not sure where any more. If anyone has more, I'd like to see them:
