Well played, but a fine example of a Gibson banjo uke. There's a minor cosmetic issue on the side--a wrinkle in the veneer, but it doesn't at all affect the character or the sound of the player. Only selling to pay bills. Have successfully sold a few ukes here, so I can provide references upon request. $300 plus shipping. Original hard case included. WILL BE AT NY UKE FEST THIS WEEKEND IF YOU WANT TO SAVE ON SHIPPING COSTS.

HEY,
I WOULD BE INTERESTED, HOW MUCH WOULD SHIPPING BE TO BOWLING GREEN, KY (42101)

thanks,
Danny

Sorry, just sold it. Thanks to all who expressed interest

I bet it sold.. Wish I saw it in time. Not sure if you were aware, but you took a beating on that Uke. It is worth close to $1000...

Its true.. Any of the vintage Gibson Ukes, especially with that "The Gibson" script on the headstock are rare, and VERY collectible. Gibson didn't make Ukuleles very long, and only did in support of the Uke craze of the 1930s. That Banjo Uke sells all day between $700-$1200 ($800-$1000 average) assuming you can find one. I sure wish I had seen this in time, because I would love to have one of these..
