After doing an on-site search and a Google-site search, I couldn't find any references to this video, even though it's kind of old (if I missed it being posted anywhere else, I'll kick myself).
This guy transformed a cheap ukulele into a "Dean from Hell tribute-uke", a painted reproduction of the guitar Dimebag Darrell (of Pantera fame) played.
He upgraded it later with Grover tuners, a pickup and I think different strings:
For reference, this is what the actual "Dean from Hell" guitar looks like:
Now, I'm not a metal fan or anything, but even I have to admit that this is grade-A awesome.
