Anyone know of a store that has one in stock? I tried Fazio's in Stl. because they are a Kala dealer but they don't have one.

I was able to get a Kala Ubass at fazio's in St. Louis.

I got to play one in a store in Denver a couple of months ago. It was interesting. I only got to spend about 10-15 minutes on it, which wasn't enough to get much of a feel for it. I THINK I liked it, but not as much as I was expecting to. I do think that with my own amp and some time, I could actually get to like it a lot, though.

Woops! Looks like I do know who he is. We bought my mother in law's 8 string and an oscar schmidt baritone from him. He works out of his house btw. Great guy!
