Here's a rough demo of a new tune I just put down with my co-writer Greg Paxton, who's also playing steel drums, drums, percussion and synth bass. The bass is going to be redone soon with a great player from Trinidad, who has the "proper" feel for this sort of thing. It's going on a CD we're working on.
The vid is me noodling to the basic tracks on the Bushman Jenny Pineapple with Savarez strings (thanks again jumpingflea!), but the underlying rhythm and lead uke is a Mainland mahogany (thanks again, hoosierhiver!).
