the "big kahuna" of many of the bigger uke companies is on our site lol.
however, drew is a stand-up guy! i messaged him with a little issue, and he responded right away and gave me a great solution. he definitely has the customer in mind!!

im glad lanikai is getting better with their service. I tried a few months ago to contact them and it was a rollercoaster ride.

Did we get you taken care of back then? I'm sorry if it was a fiasco, I try to make it as easy as possible and give the customer the benefit of the doubt.
