Tenor Build part 6 - bracing the front

Early on in my career I had the honour of having my work described as 'typical European cabinet work in the Martin tradition' by a well known dealer in Hawaii. I think if you take care the wood takes care of itself - my latest instruments have a consistency that only comes through repetition and I am happy to have the privilege to repeat the work on a weekly basis. Just completed a blinged up baritone and a concert yewkulele. Off to the breathtaking Cumbrian hills to deliver them and play as guest at my client's son's christening. This is a first for me; I usually take the money and run!
