I actually wrote this song a long time ago for John Denver... about John Denver.
"The Bard" is JD himself. He travels the globe playing music and singing songs about how we can be good stewards of the planet. One day he is gone and someone takes up his instrument and, although the bard is gone, the music lives on through the playing of others.

I recorded this on an analog system and then mixed to the digital system. After that, I did the final mix on the laptop with MixCraft.
The instruments... Martin D1, Parkwood PW320-M acoustic guitars... Ohana CK-70 concert uke (cigar-roll maple back and sides and solid spruce top). Ibanez bass guitar. I did all the vocals.
