This is an awesomely fun song to play and sing. I just learned it the other night at a hula show, and then saw the cover on YouTube and decided to tab it out. In the Annette Funicello version, the uke is tuned down a half-step. So, in hawaiiansweetroll's version (the YouTube video below), she's singing it a half-step higher than Annette Funicello did. No worries, though. Here's the chords:
Pineapple Princess - by Annette Funicello - covered by hawaiiansweetroll (

Chorus:
A
Pineapple Princess, he calls me,
F#maj
Pineapple Princess all day,
C#7
As he plays his ukulele,
F#maj A F#maj
On the hill above the bay.
A
Pineapple Princess, I love you,
F#maj
You're the sweetest girl I've seen,
C#7
Some day we're gonna marry,
F#maj A F#maj
And you'll be my pineapple queen.
A F#maj
I saw a boy on Oahu isle,
C#7 F#maj
Floatin' down the bay on a crocodile.
A F#maj
He waved at me and he swam ashore,
C#7 F#maj
And I knew he'd be mine forevermore.
(Chorus)
A F#maj
He sings his song from banana trees,
C#7 F#maj
He even sings to me on his water skis.
A F#maj
We went skin-divin' and beneath the blue,
C#7 F#maj
He sang and played his ukulele, too.
(Chorus)
A F#maj
We'll settle down in a bamboo hut,
C#7 F#maj
And he will be my own little coconut.
A F#maj
Then we'll be beachcombin' royalty,
C#7 F#maj
On wicky - wicky wacky Waikiki.
