This video proves that the uke allows you to have fun... With or without talent. I sound much better in my head

anywho, after a bunch of atempts at recording "Man of Constant Sorrows" I just thought I'd put all the outtakes together since that's all I got. I've been playing now for 6-8 weeks... I'm sure you can tell.

Anywho, I'm going to try to post a video at least every other month... Hopefully it'll show some progress

Nice video. The baby upstages you and steals the show. Videos are hard. I found that you really have to know the song very, very well to perform it on video. Practice that song every day for a month, and try again. It has to be so automatic, that the 101 distractions around making the video won't shake your performance.

I was hoping that my little girl would upstage me

I'm using videos as a way to keep me motivated to get better. The accountability of others watching adds that for me (like telling people that you're going to lose weight, rather than just telling yourself and not doing it)
