Another Handy device

I picked this up a while back at a "Car Boot Sale"..its' a "Paper/card cutter"... it's just the job for slicing off bindings from a sheet of plastic to order...it'll handle 18" sheets ...long enough bindings for Tenors.

I wnt my bindings all in one piece...

I suppose I could weld two together
