Well we hope so!

This year, we lost a student to brain cancer, and the staff and pupils at my school got together to record "the man's" version of somewhere over the rainbow to raise money for brain tumour research. (we're releasing it on 5th July)

In it, I'm strumming amateurishly on my Ohana TK35G which I have really fallen in love with since I swapped to brown worth strings.

And I've never heard a better rendition. What a wonderful world, indeed. Hats off to you, as well as the staff and students at your school for a job well done! I'm sure Ellie is still smiling. Please be sure to "bump" this thread to the top of the board on July 5th, so that we won't accidentally forget to go online to purchase our copies.

Thanks for the preview, and congratulations on beautiful tribute....

Wow mailman!

I'm a bit lost for words.

And very grateful!

Many thanks for your kind words.

Could you possibly let others know about it?

From a fellow teacher and uke player, excellent video, superb rendition, you've done Ellie proud.

I never did find out where to buy a copy to help the cause. If anyone finds it, please post a link here!
