Just about a year in the making, in fact I just looked back and my 1st post on this uke was July 3, 2009. I strung it up on June 25, 2010.

Lots of build pics on my blog, http://strummn.blogspot.com.
Oh, and the headstock spells BK, my initials, ala Roger Federer's logo.

My pics don't show the finish very well, but I used KTM-9 and it really shines!

Curly Cherry back/sides, Western Red Cedar top, Spanish Cedar neck (w/maple stripe), Rosewood fretboard/bridge, bone nut/saddle, Sheoak inlays, rosette & tail graft, Grover friction tuners, tortoise binding.

Aloha Ukulele-melee,
Wow, it's really NICE!!! awesome .....I like the red cedar tops tight straight grain and stridations..
and the binding contrast makes it pop....and the cool rosette!!!!too bad I can't see the back and
headstock...Looks like well over a grand worth of uke for sure... You do good work, can't
wait to see more of your projects......MM Stan...

very nice
I always think ukuleles look the best without position markers
plus, it's great practice not having to rely on them
