Song Help Request Crash Into me- Dave Matthews band

I'm having trouble transposing it to ukulele from guitar.

Ive also tried using this one with the chords but still cant get it right. Any input would be appreciated!

I'd love to help, but I have no idea. Did you try searching for it here in the forums? Or looking for it on the clickable list of tabs? It may have already been done, but I dont think so. I hope someone can help, bc I'd love to play this!!
