I have ordered a Mi Si for my tenor. Have looked at photos and install video but can not figure out if it comes with a strap lock nut. Have a strap nut installed already and will put the Mi Si in the same location.

Yes it comes with a strap button. It will take the place of the one you have. It is slightly larger than standard button
