Did you see the second picture? It looks like the back is warped from fire.

Krusty the Clown musta been smoking in bed again or perhaps making soup in it at the campfire.
 
I don't think that it's warped, those multi-hued swirls were all the rage back in the day.

Yup, I got two of them, and that funky psychedelic plastic was standard issue.

Maybe he was just trying to throw off the competition with the "warped" comment, lol.
 
I am bidding on another one right now. If I don't win the one I have my eye on, perhaps this one will be next, though I really would prefer an Islander Deluxe or Semi Deluxe.
 
Yup, it's that bowling ball marble swirl look of the 50's....
This one looks in mint condition.....for it's age...wished I looked that good...

It's tempting, but I'm trying really hard to stay on the wagon... I'm almost completely out of excuses to but another ukulele.
 
What to look for on these Plastic 'Ukes? Are any real 'players'? or mostly wall-hangers?
