And if Kanaka's version is too difficult to finger, you can just take it down half a step. It makes it MUCH easier.

Those are the chords I prefer to use. Besides, I don't sing that one cuz I get tongue-tied. I can't seem to figure out the intro using those chords, anyway you can help a fellow uker out?

It's the same principle as with the higher up chords, but you're sliding from the first fret to the third fret. And you can pick the same strings as in Aldrines video (on iamhawaii.com) It's just shifted up a fret.
