Help with Buzz

My Mahogany Kala Concert has developed a buzz on the A string. I don't know if its because its new from MGM (3 days old), they're new strings, or what. When i play it open it sounds fine but once i start playing it starts buzzing. Any suggestions?

It could be a number of things. Check this thread and see if you can isolate what it might be:

Once we isolate the problem, then we can see about fixing it.

If it sounds fine open and only buzzing while fretting, then it's more than likely an issue with one (or more) of the frets. To try narrowing it down, try working down the fret board one fret at a time to see if you can isolate it.

You might also want to look at how you're holding the string down. Since you're buzzing on the A when you fret, you might just be pushing the string too close to the edge of the fret board...it's possible you're just pressing at a bad angle or even pushing down too hard on the string :/

okay well i just figured out that it only buzzes when i use strum using the A string on the 4th fret. Any suggestions on what to do?
