the paddle design depicts our journey of life in our island-cebu,philippines. The turtle and coconut trees resemble our love for nature and abundance. It is made of homegrown gmelina wood and philippine mahogany. We are currently making some modifications on the head to reflect the outline of the real handle of a paddle. Coming soon...

The body can be classified as concert with a soprano neck. But we are installing the concert neck during the modifications. We are producing three colors in red, green, and walnut brown.

by the way, we have reinvented the making of the uke. take notice that the side of the body is a solid wood which i/2 inch thick on the sides, and 1 inch thick on both ends. hence, it is durable...

I prefer the traditional shaped Ukes, but, gotta still admire other styles. That is a really cool design and uke.. Love the design, and silhouette.

Aloha Wagas,
Thanks for sharing your work of art and I think a concert neck would go better with it personally.
I can't see well in the photo, is it a shallow body????Awesome MM Stan...

Very nice!

nice looking uke - what does it sound like?

Maganda! Great job!

Totally sweet, dude. Great job.

How is the sound with the extra thickness? Any tonal differences to speak of?

I would love to design and make a uke on my own. Very nice!

I'm sure it will be in your family for years and years to come.
