So I was wondering, if I were to take my ukulele to an ice rink would it be too cold in there for the wood?

And for those who are like,"Why are you gonna play your uke there instead of ice skating?" its cuz i broke my leg somehow while ice skating a year ago and now everytime i start thinking about ice skating for like 10 seconds theres a weird feeling in my leg /: so a bunch of friends and cuzins are going ice skating and i'll be tagging along..

so yeah, if your an uke player and have been in indoor ice rinks tell me what you think plz..

P.S. wasn't sure which section to put this so move it if you think it could be better off in another section :)

I think the real question is "Why is everyone else going to go ice skating instead of playing some uke?"

You'll be fine, unless ice rinks are exceptionally colder than I remember. Haven't been in years. Anyway, I think most weather related damage to wooden instruments happens because of repeated change in humidity, rather than just hot or cold temps.

Have fun!

The question is why would anyone want to go ice skating and play the ukulele and risk damaging the ukulele and yourself????HMMM.....

Bring a Uke touque and it should be fine. Maybe.
