Awesome Strumming ?

Today i got my Fender Ukulele Koa nohea... and its looking great

but now my Question :

What is the Strumming and the chords @ 2:08 ...it sounds very sweet

I don't know exactly what he's playing there. Sounds like he's just strumming at random to demonstrate the qualities of the instrument.

But you are on the right track! The Fenders are decent instruments with a nice look, solid construction, and pretty good sound. I play mine a lot. Since you are already picking up on awesome strums, your ear is tuned to good stuff and the time will be short between now and when you can do it yourself. Do yourself a favor and record yourself today. Play something you like and get all the way through it. Then put it away. Pull it out in another six months - you will be amazed at how much better you are.

In the meantime, I think the 2:08 mark has MGM strumming open strings then bringing his fingers onto a G chord (hammering on). Try it, it's really cool. You have to hammer on fast or the strings will mute.
