BF#DA vs. GCEA strings

So, I ordered some uke-strings online for my soprano uke that should be arriving any day now. The only problem? When they arrived they tured out to be BF#DA strings, I am used to playing in GCEA tuning and obvliously would like to tune my uke that way. So, will these strings still work in GCEA tuning? Or do I have to go get new strings?

String your uke like this:
A = G
D =C
F# = E
B = A

They should be fine; possibly a little bit lower tension, as you will be tuning them down 2 demi-tones from their intended ADF#B.
