I didn't know that I could sing this high... I'm happy.

And I probably should have taken a few more takes until I got a better recording, but oh well.

Anyhow... here's my cover of 'Drop Baby Drop'. I didn't do the greatest job with it, but I surprised myself.

Those are from Tang Soo Do, a Korean martial art. I went to a Tang Soo school for about four years before dropping a year ago, and have the belts mounted on my wall.
 
Cool. What kind of uke u have? Did u reach black belt?

I was playing on my Mitchell MU-100 Uke, which I have strung with Ko 'olau Gold strings.

And yes, I did reach black belt, stayed in for a year afterwards, and ended up quitting... it just wasn't 'my thing'.
 
How do like the ko'olaus? I am currently using aquilas, but I want to check out some others. I was gonna try worths, but a friend of mine said they were to soft. Anyway, congrats on your sticking it out till you got your black belt. Now you can concentrate on mastering the ukulele Grass Hopper.

I bought my Ko 'olaus from MGM on his ebay store... they cost me something like 6 dollars... don't remember exactly.
