ustream is an interesting online option for musicians. You basically can play a live performance whenever you want. I'm just beginning to mess around with this website, but I like the way it forces me to turn my practice sessions into real live performances. Here is a quick recording of the Dolly Parton classic "I Will Always Love You" which I recorded during a live session this afternoon (I know.....Dolly Parton is a really corny choice but this is a nice tune). You can record your playing whenever you wnat to for either public or private usage, and if you like you can then upload to your facebook or youtube pages.
