Keen to buy

I know its not solid-body.. BUT, I've got a Green Fluke Tenor with Walnut neck, Rosewood fretboard, Peghead tuners, and strung with Worth Clears that I would sell for 300 shipped. Bought it new about 2 months ago and haven't played it more that a few hours.

Your cheapest bet would be the famous Kala Tenor slotted. Wont find it in Aus, and wont get it for less than $400 AUD inc shipping...

solid body = not cheap
slotted = not cheap
tenor = not cheap
postage = not cheap

$300 will get you a entry plain tenor. I've been keeping an eye on prices in and out of Aus for a while now.

Good sounding/looking uke = $$$; just like any instrument.

Hey mate ;)

Yea i figured. All of the criteria comes up to an expensive build. Wonder if anyone is selling the Kala ASAC-T Second handed though.
