Song Help Request Fall Out Boy - URGENT!

I know - so since when is getting help with chords urgent??? Well since today.
Whether many of you know or not, one of the many part time trades I fill here in Aus is as a radio host nightly from 7-10pm on a major station- At the moment we're running a competition called 'KOOKelele' (hmmm - my idea maybe??) where people have to guess what songs i'm playing on the uke for free tix and backstage passes to see The Kooks. Obviously they have to be relatively easy and popular and of course - easy to play as i'm quite the noob.

Was hoping someone could help me ASAP with the opening chords that are used in this version of 'Sugar We're Going Down'
