Need Some Help :(

I just bought my first ukelele the problem is, the 3rd string and the 4th string tuning pegs, they untune themselves, like the peg actualy turns by itself back to what is was like before, i thought this could of been because the string was becoming to tight, but the string is fine... i know its because its a cheap thing, is their anyway to solve it?

Tighten the screws in the back of the pegs with a small screwdriver.

No problem! And if your tuners are screwed, a new set is easy to put in and not terribly expensive from any of the ukulele seller people commonly known around here.
