I love watching Gus And Fins Videos (user names GUGUG and FinRaucous) they're fantastic
 
Not sure if this is a real find, but rawuke has some really nice videos of solo uke. I think I stumbled upon him looking for Brueko ukulele videos. He plays a couple and they sound very nice (to my untrained ear).

Gotta love that German sense of humour!

*** Oh man, I keep editing this post... lots of gold to be dug from the German ukulele szene.

The sound quality may suck but that's a guitarist, beatboxer, and ukulele player playing Free Bird by Lynyrd Skynyrd...truly a rock anthem.
The solo is done by the ukulele player, which is amazing, but he struggles.

We should tab out the ukulele parts for amusement :)
