I want to buy a beginner soprano ukulele, a cheap one but the one that i can practice on. i'm new at playing the ukulele and i want to learn more. thanks!

i'm currently staying here in quezon city diliman. i don't have enough money to travel to cebu. is wagas a great ukulele dealer? and where are their stalls? thanks!
