I am very pleased with my new tenor ukulele from Pete Howlett.

I was able to select the koa from Pete's vast stocks and it has been well worth the wait and is beyond my expectations. The instrument looks amazing in the flesh and the sound is incredible. Bright, loud and really projects.

Thanks again Pete.

Glad you joined us and thanks for posting your gorgeous uke. Lucky you. Enjoy.

Congrats on that beaut! I guess that's as close as anyone will ever get to the perfect ukulele. If anyone knows how to do it, there's no doubt it's Pete Howlett.

As I have said the instrument is better than I could have wished for. The koa is incredible to look at, it is a joy to play, incredably light, nice low action playable all up the neck and the sound is bright, loud and really projects.

I cannot thank Pete enough for the work he has put in and I would recommend him to anyone serious looking for a custom instrument.
