FS: Ko'olau T-1 Koa (Tenor) Price Drop!

I'm finding that:

  1. I don't play this instrument as much as I should - I tend to gravitate towards my concert and soprano ukes.
  2. I need $$ to buy tools and wood for my building hobby.

...so I'm selling this awesome Koa uke. It was purchased new from Dusty Strings in Seattle in December of '08 and has had very little playing time. The satin finish has a few strum marks which are so slight they are impossible to photograph, but otherwise is in perfect condition. The uke is currently strung with Fremont Blacks which give it a super-clear, bright tone. I've also strung it DGBE with Aquilas and that was great too. The Ko'olau hard case in the photos is included.

Price: $600 + shipping

That's a fantastic price! It should sell quickly!

If I had the cash, I would be all over it!

Thanks for the compliments, guys. This uke is seriously better than the equivalent Kamaka, at a significant discount.

$700 is a crazy great deal for something of this quality and I would be all over it had I not just acquired a Kamaka.

Trying to add some more photos here...
