Hey guys, I know everyone likes the concept of open mic nights, and so do I!
So I talked to my friend who owns this pretty sweet coffee/donut shop not too far from my house, and he says I can host an open mic event there within the next couple weeks to a month.
I personally think that's enough time to get some people rounded up and to have a line up of musicians who are willing enough to come out here and play. We don't really have a lot of open mic nights here in the valley, and I want to make this one a successful one. There aren't enough acoustic players in the desert; most are metal-heads, anyway.
I would really appreciate it if some of you from the So Cal area would do the valley the honor of playing at this event. =)
