Is there such a thing as...

I've spent some time indulging my UAS (At one point, I really do need to an "ALL MY NEW UKES DAY" post)....but I'm still searching for something perfect for me.

I've discovered that I really like that most sopranos don't have the fretboard going down the soundboard. Buuuut, I also really like the feel of longneck sopranos...but everyone I've seen so far also runs the fretboard almost to the soundhole.

So, is there a long neck soprano out there that doesn't run the fretboard more than a bit down the soundboard? Or would that be strictly in the realm of customs?

Hmmm....that looks like a good call. I'll drop them an email and see if they're willing to trim it up a bit more.
