View Full Version : Risa soprano vs. Risa concert

I'd like to hear the reactions of anyone who's switched from the soprano stick to the concert. Is it noticeably different in feel? how much further apart (if any) are the frets? I'm asking because I have a soprano stick, and, with my big hands, might be better off with a concert. I don't really want to sell the soprano, but I probably will if I get to hankering for a concert- they're so blasted expensive! But if I do, I'll offer it here first.
Thanks!

Rich, sorry I was a bit slow getting a review done. Life gets in the way. :D

Thanks for the review, Kim,
I didn't think my PM went through- it didn't show in the "sent" box.
I think I may just have to buy a concert, see if I like it, and go from there.
Briony look good with the stickers :)

As you'd expect, concert is a bit longer and has more space between frets :)
If you have big hands and want significantly more fingerspace, how about the Tenor?
