question about aquila baritone strings

Ok,I know aquila labels the note sequence backwards,but when they list the string as 4th,in this case the metal one,is this the lowest string,nearest the user on top?.Thanks...Mike
 
The wound strings (metal) are the low notes D and G. I would expect the baritone set to come with two.

To answer your question, Yes...that would be the "D" string on the top closer to you chin.
the next would be another wound "G" string....and so forth......Good Luck! I hope it helps
