those who follow the Ukulele Safari may have seen Ukulele Aya, the girl/young woman who made the cake ukulele.
Looking at her website, I found that she is going to be in Hawaii for a few months from September to learn English better and to get into that aloha lifestyle by meeting with and interviewing uke players. On her site, she is looking for Oahu-based ukulele players to jam with, so if anyone is interested you could let her know.
