I was at the Mullin Museum, expecting to see a bunch of Mullins, only to discover that the place houses a lot of Bugatti cars from across the years.
Turns out that great-grandad Bugatti was a woodworker and built furniture, did some turning, and such. His sons learned the lessons of shop work and went on to build cars. One thing they had mounted on a wall was this banjo. Odd thing. The long headstock turning is only decorative. Well, at least until the Huns arrive.
