Riptide Ukulele

I was wondering if anyone has played the black tenor riptide or the concert deluxe mahogony. If you did play them how did they sound and if they are any good.

I had a Riptide, but passed it along. It's an interesting uke, but I felt the sound hole on the front was too small and the hole on the side too large - should have had sizes reversed. Good electronics, good intonation. Sounded okay unplugged, but not stellar. Build quality was acceptable, but not perfect. Review on my site.
