Martin Concert Uke * SOLD *
This is a 1952 style 1 Martin concert that I bought from the original owner. I'm just not playing it enough to justify keeping it. Below is a link to another thread with pics and more info. The tone and playability is wonderful, with lots of volume and sustain.
There were 2 cracks side be side on the back that were professionally repaired with hot hide glue and cleated, so they are very stable. There are 2 verticle lines in the back's lower bout that look like cracks, but when shining a light inside the body and looking at the lines, I can't see any light coming through. I'm no expert, but it could just be finish checking.
I will take $750 shipped within the CONUS and this includes a nice hardshell case. I can provide references and can speak on the phone with anyone that's interested in purchasing it. The new owner will be very happy with this Uke.
