Best used to be Kalihi bowl but Zippys one is not too shabby....extra ginger and shoyu please...Oh shin kalbi it is now for dinner lucky i live Hawaii...

The trouble this year is supply I wish i had 100 more acacia tenors and travel tenors Cant get um Travel tenors out until next year colored makalas are almost non existant in quantities... Check out the super low cyber sale prices on ponos....

My dad was in retail. I'm sure we have a photo of him like the photo of you, except he would have been holding a sweater instead of an ukulele. If I remember, the holiday season was the biggest chunk of his business for the year. Congrats on being so busy!

Glad to hear that the Ukes are selling well! I don't know how you keep up. I got a group of ukes to give for Christmas, and just changing all the strings takes up a lot of time. I hope you have a lot of speedy elves helping you out.

Hey How many can remember Honeys in kaneohe. The bar owned by Don Ho's Mom I heard music coming out the door and i was so young didn't even realize that sometimes it was Don Ho playing in there.....Then of course KNIGHTS INN just a few bike pedals away down across the street.....Before Zippys even existed in Kaneohe

Must be the main one near McKinley HS.You are correct sir. It was a fun job while I was in high school, but as soon as I graduated they put me on graveyard shift, not as much fun.
