Cool, I wonder if this is the spot that Puapua used to occupy. That was always my favorite uke shop in Waikiki -- I much preferred it to the Sheraton location, so when they said it was closing I was bummed. Maybe Bruce took it over -- didn't he teach lessons at Puapua?
 
I got the tweet too. Stacy -- I think the tweet said Bruce has uke lessons at the new place. ANOTHER reason to go to Hawaii.
 
Isn't Pacific Beach Hotel the new location for Ukulele Puapua? Bruce taught ukulele lessons at Puapua. It was the first and only live lesson I've ever taken. I thought he's a pretty good teacher. Those of you who visits Oahu should sign up for a lesson with him.
 
The Puapua in Pac Beach did move to the Sheraton. Now they have TWO stores there. One in the front and one in the back. Thus, I'm not sure if the new store in the Pac Beach is Bruce going off on his own.
