Song Help Request End Credits - Chase & Status ft. Plan B

Hey,
I would really appreciate it if someone body could help me out with this song..

The song i am wanting to learn is End Credits - Chase & Status ft. Plan B.

I'm a beginner to the ukulele and I have only been playing for about a month.. I am confident with chords and strumming but I find it very hard to learn songs when I am not told strumming patterns to follow.

So if anyone could kindly help me out and please list the chords I will need for this song and also the strumming pattern..

Hey, don't know if you still check these forums or whatever but I thought I'd give this a bump. Since it was over a year ago now I was hoping you might be able to update me on your progress? I would appreciate any feedback x
