Aloha MM Stan,

I actually bought my first uke at East Village Music, and there was a chip on the uke. The owner kept on making excuses and wouldn't let me exchange for another one or get my refund back.

there are like 2 million uke players in nyc, almost all of which can be found somewhere around here. I'm 2 hours out by train, so I'm going to count myself

I'm in Sunnyside Queens. What about that snowstorm?! This meetup grouphttp://www.meetup.com/NYCUkuleleJam/ is a great way to meet ukulele players in the city.

I'll second (or by now its 'third') the Meetup. I just went for the first time last month and it was a GREAT time. Next one is in two weeks, January 7th. Perhaps I'll see you there.
