anybody remember the Old 97's? one of my favorite alt-country bands from back in the day.

Yeah, I like his solo stuff, but he doesn't seem to have the raw edgyness (is that a word?) as with The 97's. I haven't heard the CD they just released so that might have changed too..

Anyway thanks for the vids and keep 'em coming. Nothing better than a country uke!

That is such a beautiful song, and you covered it so well. I was trying to work out where I'd heard it before, then realised that Ben Lee used to cover it.
