Actually I don't think on any of the songs here I really use picking...
I guess I use three technices, picking, strumming, and hmmm... Thump-Picking (by far the most of the three).

Here's a good example with real picking: It's only love

And it looks easy because it is easy! You just stop one of the three and start on of the other two
