Just fyi for parents here, I recently found a great book that my daughter loves, featuring a uke-playing bear, Frank & Izzie Set Sail.
Frank is shy about playing his uke, and is generally not a risk taker. His tall-tale telling friend Izzie convinces him to take a camping trip, where he takes risks, including his shyness over his uke-playing.
