It's just a coincidence that my last post was also about (aboot) creepy children's programming from the Great White North. But this time, it's a video of me and my sister playing a the theme from Telefrancais.

If you don't know the show, it follows the adventures of two kids and a talking pineapple in a junkyard.

What do you have on the head of your banjolele? Is that a silver mylar head? VERY interesting!!

It is a silver mylar head. The original skin looked too bland for my taste, especially for an all-chrome instrument. So I ordered a specialty drum head, cut it down to size and super glued to the original head. Unorthodox, I know, but it didn't seem to change the sound.
