There are a lot of sites where you can upload your music too. Two that come to mind are www.Myspace.com and www.purevolume.com
For either of those sites you just register an account and away you go.
I don't believe either of those sites allow you to download. (or if they do it is certainly an option you can turn off.
There are a tone of more sites that allow you to host music but those two are the only ones that come to mind right now.
