I had a request from ksquine for some pictures.

I like your rosette cutter What type of blade is that? It looks like it made a nice clean cut. How about some more pics of it?

It's made of cherry with a 1/4" machine pivot pin and a 3/16" flat Swiss needle file for the cutter.
The file works really nicely because it grips in the wedged slot so there's no chance of slipping and once sharpened stays sharp for a long time.
The cutter is bevelled on just one side so can be turned over for inside and outside cuts.
