What, in your opinion, is the absolute best possible book/books and or other teaching material for the basic anatomy of finger picking, and fretting, and other ergonomical factors of playing the ukulele?

Don't know if it's the best but Mike Dickison's Kiwi Ukulele is a real good one and was very helpful to me. Also the Ukulele Lounge DVD by Steven Sproat is excellent. Hope this helps

You can also get some free books online on guitar playing - much of what they teach is relevant to the uke.
